I have often felt like the black sheep among others. However, I am a pretty social person. I never realized how much of my passion and drive I would get back because of my obedience. See writing is my therapy and this blog is EVERYTHING!! I was fearful about launching this site and my line because people can be so cold . It's funny but most of the time its people you have known all your life that seem to be the coldest. Nevertheless, I must keep my eyes and my ears lifted to hear my next move from God. I could let the negativity of venturing out and trying something new drive me into doing this thing call "brand building" for all the wrong reasons. However, I choose the latter. This is not just another retail/cosmetic online store, it's also a place to be introduced to the most integral part of me, my savior Jesus Christ. He is the reason I can press the mute button on my fears and take a leap of faith into the unknown. I realize my message is not for everyone. I don't claim to be the perfect saint, the Lord knows me well!! I am just a vessel, cracks and all, that wants to be used in spite of my flaws. I may not reach everyone, but to the young lady/man or older lady/man that's struggling with identity, I'm here for you! I'd like to tell you about a relationship that has never fizzled. My personal relationship with Christ is like none other . I have not experienced another entity that compares to his love. I am so happy with this space I am in mentally. If I started this site for the wrong reasons, solely for monetary gains, I would never reap the real benefits of being pleasing to my heavenly father. I pray that whatever venture you decide to take in your life, you will let Jesus do the leading and guiding along the way. Don't get caught up in the likes and boost, they fade. Follow your purpose because you are inspiring others even if its never acknowledged. Remember, people cannot sit on what God is pushing. If he is on your side you will not fail. Your gift will make room for you!! Take your concerns to him and leave them off social media, he is a much better listener and wont discuss what you discuss with him. Be blessed!
